Merchants can now manage late clients without disrupting the rest of their day. Clients get a live QR scanner to book instantly, and the platform now prevents accidental duplicate bookings.
Merchants can offer the next client a free earlier slot when a previous client is running late — or move the delayed appointment to any open gap later in the day.
When a slot change is offered, the affected client receives a notification with 15 minutes to accept or decline before the offer expires.
Every merchant profile now includes a scannable QR code in Settings that clients can use to navigate directly to the booking page.
The QR scanner in the client dashboard now works on iOS and Android — point your camera at a merchant's QR code to open their profile instantly.
Starting a session with a merchant you already have an active booking with will return you to that existing booking instead of creating a duplicate.
