In-App Support & Ticket Management
Get help without leaving the app. Submit support requests, attach photos, track ticket progress, and read replies from the CHEQIT support team — all from your Settings screen.
Support tickets can now be submitted directly from the Settings screen — no need to leave the app or switch to email.
Attach a photo from your gallery when filing a support ticket to help describe your issue more clearly.
All your past and current support requests are listed in Settings with colour-coded status indicators: Open, In Progress, Resolved, and Closed.
Tapping a support ticket opens the full message thread where you can read replies from the CHEQIT support team and send follow-up messages.
A direct "Email support" link is now available on the login screen for users who cannot sign in and need help accessing their account.
Support tickets are automatically tagged with your account type so the support team can respond with the right context.
The "Contact Support" buttons in Hustler Settings are now fully functional and link to the new in-app support screen.
